Fee Schedule

Hand in Hand Play Therapy welcomes clients with NDIS funding for clinical Play Therapy and Learn to Play sessions. Please contact us to find out more.

Play Therapy is currently not covered by Medicare.

Please contact your individual private healthcare provider to determine if you are covered.

Initial phone consultation, 10-15min

Intake and assessment, up to 90mins.

Clinical sessions: Play Therapy, Learn to Play and Filial Therapy. 45min session

Cancellation Policy

 

  • If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Any cancellations made with 24-48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full session fee. Cancellations made with 24 hours notice or less, including missed appointments, will be charged at the full session fee.

    Please Note: Our appointments run to a schedule. Which means if your child arrives late for a session, their appointment will still finish at the scheduled time and the full fee still applies.

  • We understand that kids get sick, and prefer that they stay home to rest if unwell. I will endeavor to accommodate them in another session where possible, however please note there is no refund for missed sessions.

    If any of the facilitators are unwell or unable to run the session, families will be invited to join another group session time on a different day or offered credit for the next term.
